Rootcaves is a software product developed and operated by ETIIC Sàrl, a company incorporated in Switzerland. The platform is built for entities regulated in Luxembourg — alternative investment fund managers, SICARs and comparable structures — and reflects Luxembourg regulatory practice.

ETIIC Sàrl is not itself a regulated entity, is not supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) or any other financial supervisory authority, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any such authority. References to laws, circulars and regulatory obligations on this site describe what the software helps its users organise; they are not statements made with any official standing.
